Australian Government Hearing Health Initiative.

It’s great to see the initiative by the Department of Health and Aged Care with their Hearing Health Awareness and Prevention Campaign launched recently to “increase awareness of the importance of hearing health”.  Although aimed mainly at older Australians it also brings into focus the needs of children’s hearing health and the implications of undiagnosed and untreated otitis media or middle ear infection.
