Our Audiologists, Neuro-Physiotherapist and Otologist (ear specialist) provide a complete range of services to diagnose and manage your hearing and balance problems.diagnosis, treatments and solutions

We are able to assist infants from 8 months old to the very elderly by appointment.

The duration of each appointment will be advised upon your booking and it may vary from 45 minutes up to 3 hours, depending on the procedures required to address your specific needs.

Dr Celene McNeill has a wealth of experience in hearing rehabilitation and our audiologists are conversant with the latest techniques and methods relying on brain plasticity to improve and maximise your hearing ability.

We use auditory training, hearing aids, implants and assistive listening devices with Bluetooth, infra-red and 2.4GHz technology as part of this process.

Our audiologists led by our director Dr Celene McNeill provide a comprehensive range of tests to help in diagnosis.

Vestibular Tests for Dizziness and Vertigo

Our audiology services include specialist vestibular tests for the diagnosis of dizziness and vertigo present in:

Based on audiology test results and clinical examination Prof Gibson provides differential diagnosis and ongoing medical treatment of ear disorders.

Vestibular rehabilitation is provided at the clinic by Neuro-physiotherapist Kathee DeLapp who specialises in reducing the symptoms of dizziness and improving the balance function of our patients. Kathee is Australia’s leading specialist in the treatment of BPPV.

Hearing preservation and hearing loss prevention is also our concern and we provide advice and a range of custom earplugs for noise, swimming and music.

Healthy Hearing & Balance Care offers a variety of services for musicians and/or professionals exposed to high levels of sound including customised earplugs and in-ear monitors.

Our practice manager Juliani Hastuti will arrange convenient appointments for you. She also ensures reliable ongoing services, and maintenance, repairs, batteries, receivers, filters and other spare parts for all hearing aids and implants from every manufacturer are provided in a timely fashion.
